I allow you to do trans-formative work in your life, quietly. You will dive deeper into yoga practice, allowing you to live life forcefully, yet very lightly upon earth. We will focus on alignment, breath, independence, courage, and the openness to make tremendous changes within. By the end of a private session, you will realize that everything we mastered is intended to be brought together into union, seeking resolution and growth...never conflict.

This is a beautiful way to show up for yourself or with the ones you love.  A  space to face yourself in grace. You will practice mindfulness and vulnerability in the safety of a non-judgmental environment. This allows you to share a daily practice of re-centering, grounding  yourself or the people you love. An authentic  journey to becoming the person you are truly meant to be.
